My Mexican Red Rump molted a few weeks ago. Its getting up there in size! But I have one question. Its abdomen is small, like the size of a blueberry or a bit bigger. Should I feed him every other day or so to get him plump or what?? I dont know why its abdomen is so small.

It's small because it used all of its reserves to molt. Now with regular weekly feedings she will plump right up again. Totally normal.

I'm pretty sure its from molting, but a couple of weeks ago? Have you fed it since? What's its size?

Mine molted last night. Its abdomen is still a little plump....but it's gonna be an eater, for sure.
