I live in Texas and as of late I've been finding these little green jumping spiders all over (messua limbata), and I'm considering taking a young one as a pet. Has anyone here kept one in captivity before? I can't seem to find anything on caring for these guys. I've kept jumpers before so I'm experienced but I want to be sure there isn't any specific requirements for them that they need other than the usual jumper care.
Thanks!

I’ve never heard of anyone keeping Messua limbata as a pet, the main reason probably being that they are very small. As adults, they are about 5mm. So finding a young one would be difficult. If you are sure you want to keep one, I suggest observing their habitat (bush, rocks, trees, leaf litter are examples of habitats), the temperature, humidity, etc. try to mimic their natural habitat and they should be good. There’s always a first to everything. Texas jumping spiders don’t tend to have high humidity requirements, but keep humidity of the area in mind just in case.
