I have a male P. Regalis that i sexed via molts awhile back...he just molted again last week and now ive noticed a red teardrop shaped bump on each of his pedipalps ( im assuming emboli )....so i guess my question is he now considered a mature male and ready to breed?

If he has emboli on is his pedipalps then he is definately a mature male. Keep an eye out for sperm webs if you are interested in breeding him. Post a picture if you'd like.

This is my first that has matured out with me so i just want to clarify, once the emboli is visible like this he is ready to breed?
Yes, he is a mature male who will be ready to breed once he starts making his sperm webs. That can take a few weeks after moulting.
