mating question..

i just like just a few hours ago tried pairing up my 6inches female nhandu chromatus to my friends 7inches male chroma.

was really expecting her to call (drum) like what ive seen on other videos

but looks like the female made the first move?? hehe kinda what it looked like

but im stuck with the question, " WAS IT SUCCESSFUL? " or try again??

after the 1st contact, they split for a few minutes then on the 2nd contact, the female was way too aggressive. so i decided to get the male and call it a day...

so what should i do next?? should i pair them up again tomorrow?? if ever the male would do another sperm web, does that mean it was a success??
should i wait for the next spermweb before i try again??

He didn't get an insert from what I saw in the video.
How old is the male?
When did she last molt?
Are you sure it's a "she"? :}

You can try again tommorrow. Maybe try a "Shark cage" for a while, and see if she warms up to him.

Also, You speak Visaya and keep tarantulas. I thought I was the only one!;P

im sure mine is a she.. and couldnt you tell on the vid? shes bigger than the partner. i bought it as a 6 inches female.. she moulted last december

so i can try again tomorrow, even if the male ddnt do any spermweb? ok.
