Mantis ID help

[sobakakhleb]

i found a mantis. It is mottled brown with green wings, and the insides of its front legs are bright red on the second section, and shiny blue on the third. Will send photo soon. Also, it laid eggs in a sac which has a long tapered part sticking out of one end. It has two black spots on the underside. If you know what it is please tell me! Thanks1
