Male Orchid Mantis final molt - how long will he live?

My male orchid mantis had its final molt today - is anyone able to give a rough estimate of how much longer he'll live? I've read around that it'll be around 6 months? Is that correct for his breed and gender?

Male orchids won’t go anywhere near 5 months. I would estimate 1-2 maybe less. Much shorter lives compared to other males of other species.

6-8 months on average, maybe up to a year

From being super unlucky and getting multiple males and no females I can say they last just a few months

Mine have shown roughly the same lifespans @MrGhostMantis. Temperature and humidity can dramatically change this, if you're interested in slowing down the male for breeding.

I didn’t mention the temp. Humidity is less so. It won’t change when the mantis will molt, internal moisture will.
