Well they wouldn't try to give you an emperor labeled as a Asian forest. Guess it's possible someone could label an emp. As such. But I do think you have a heterometrus sp. The again I'm not the best with these type scorpions

It's 100% Heterometrus, probably petersii or laoticus, but @Collin Clary (our resident Heterometrus ID'er lol) should be able to tell.

It looks immature, so I can't give an accurate ID yet, but it's definitely a Heterometrus species. H. petersii is the most likely candidate.
