I know some of these are cropped, but how do you get the soft effect? What ISO setting are you using?

I am seeing a bit of grain so i am guessing you are using a high ISO setting, but WOW these are amazing photos! What are you using, what settings, i must know! Thanks for sharing these, would love to see some more if you have any?
