Black Emperors? Do you know their scientific name? I've bought quite a few scorps from Arachnophiliacs, I'm located on the west coast of Canada. I know he (Bruce) has true Pandinus Dictators from Cameroon. Told me last weekend when I was picking up my Hottentotta Jayakari Salei. If you're ok paying for shipping I'd shoot him an email and see what he's got. Hopefully one of your fellow Americans will be able to help you out. I don't cross-border ship, so I wouldn't know.
