Hello All,

I have a Livingstone Tarantula, I believe it was sold to me as Citharacanthus Livingstoni. Since then I have not seen them although my T looks alot like a Crassicrus Lamani. ( Excuse the spelling. ) Was the name of the T changed???????

It wasn't changed, they are just being sold under the wrong name.

It's prolly Crassicrus lamani.

Agreed. If the tibia of leg IV is thickened, it is likely C. lamanai.

C. livingstoni is a valid species, but that is not what you have.

I will check the appendage Becca. The T I have is docile but very fast. It will sit on my hand for 10 minutes and not move, and then suddenly dart like a bat out of hell. Is the attitude any indication of species?
