I keep adult L. reclusa in 8 ounce deli cups (never kept slings of this species) with just a bit of dry peat moss and a piece of bark to hide under and attach webbing. They don't need much food or water and aren't really the most interesting spiders but for some reason I've always got to have at least one around. I feed them a prekilled roach nymph, 1/8" cricket, a piece of a mealworm (whatever I've got available) about once a month and very lightly mist the bark at the same time. Never kept a Gogyrella sp. so can't help you there.
