I ordered more Orphnaceus sp. "Blue Quezon" for a chance of a male for my female. Hoping a male turns out so he can be for a breeding project in the future.

My goddess has molted aka. Crassicrus sp. Guerrero has molted and she looks absolutely stunner. I feel bad that everyone threw this species under the radar.

Not under MY radar. Top of the list actually :)

Just placed a pretty large order I'm picking up tomorrow.....but if you see them in the near future feel free to nudge me ;)

My Megaphobema mesomelas molted and she had gotten considerably larger, especially her legs which are now getting much thicker. She's about 4.5''-4.75''

New molts a while ago but good time to finally post their pictures.

0.1 Bumba horrida (Ex. cabocla) Mature Female

IMG_1804.JPG

1.0 Monocentropus balfouri Mature Male
Yep, another mature male just finally matured from pen-ultimate and he's quite small. He's maybe 4'' at largest, which the two mature males prior to him were around 4.75''-5''

I was looking for good pics of these specimens, just to check how mines will get. That's the most beautiful one I've found so far.

New additions, there were some WC imports for Chaetopelma olivaceum that came in, which I bought some from a vendor that labeled them as "Egyptian Olives" which is kind of misleading as that would be more fitting for Chaetopelma sp. Egypt. But here are three unique specimens all females with some variation based on age and size. I also got one small male for future breeding once he matures.

Chaetopelma olivaceum Female Specimen #1
An older and larger female for sure. Also very light in color and also different looking compared to the other two. But this one is quite old and is in need for a molt.

IMG_1958.JPG

Chaetopelma olivaceum Female Specimen #2
A bit smaller than specimen #1 but darker with a really reflective carapace.

IMG_1964.JPG

Chaetopelma olivaceum Female Specimen #3
Lighter carapace color with a bit a of a more freshly molted appearance and about the same size as specimen #2
