Had this guy for a few weeks now pretty sure is a female but it hadn’t fed for me. Is this an issue anyone is having with this species or just my self. Is not pre-molt as mooted with previous owner before my purchase.

No problem. They can stop eating for a long while when you relocate them. Even if you change enclosure within your home. Liocheles Australasiae is parthenogenetic, so all of them can bear young. No males has been detected so far, I think
