OK basically this is what im looking for: I want to start sort of terrarium, entirely invert based, consisting of multiple species of roaches/millis. Right now i've got 4 AGB subadults, a few hissers, and lots of B. dubia. My goal is to basically throw fresh fruit/vegies in once a week, and it all be gone by the end of that week. No mold, no need to change substrate. Is such a setup possible? Can roaches even cohabitate with millis, or do I need to consider options.

I've searched for similar threads, but come up empty. Links or advice grately appreciatied. Thanks - Ryan.

if you did try id put em in a 10gal tank with lots of climbing things fake vines and propped up cork or driftwood and allot of hinding spaces on the bottom of the tank that way the roaches have more freedom to go and not bunch around the pedes... id stink with the agb and the hissers caus those spcs are pretty much in the same area (theres a sub-spc of the hisser that can be found throughout africa) the dubia would be cool but i think you sould feed em to some thing lol id keep the cage all african

Im thinking about having AGB's, hissers, and a few B. dubia all together. Not to sure how well this will go over, but worth a shot. My hope is that the B. dubia pick up behind the AGB's and also eat the hisseres' poop. Not going to put all my specimens like this, just a small experiment.

I kept an African black millipede in with two hissers for five years until the roaches finally died, still have the millipede. It's lived with cave roaches and lobster roaches as well, they get along fine.

If you do that, be sure to include plenty of leaf mulch and rotting wood; GABs need the chitin from leaves, and it really doesn't hurt with the roaches either in my experience. Also, in regards to feeding... I don't know how much your GABs eat, but I can't imagine weekly feedings only, esp. with all the roaches in there; I throw in two big fist fulls of greens to my four about 2 times a week and they clear it out, and that's on top of the fruit they get a every other day, and the leaves/wood they have all day, every day.
Are you going with a bin or aquarium, btw? I'd imagine you'd need a good 20 long just to provide enough space to the millies; I'd say 5g per pede is really the bare minimum since they get so large. Add to that roaches, and you might be looking at a big/expensive tank, so I'd def. suggest a bin with a very deep substrate for the pedes, and plenty to climb on/hide under for the roaches. Cholla wood is great for this purpose; it's light weight and hollow, so the roaches can rest on the inside and outside of it, and it won't smush your millipedes if they tunnel under it.
