Went to my new local pet store a few weeks ago, they already have my number!!! Manager took me in the back room and asked if I wanted to rehab this little guy. Duh, he knows I can't say no. I've had him only a couple of weeks, and he's improved dramatically. I really didn't expect him to live at all, but with correct husbandry, he's made an amazing recovery!!!

He could barly lift his head when I brought him home, I had to hand feed him because he couldn't chase anything! I started him with very small amounts of prey and lots of water. Once he started pooping well, he got all the wax worms and super worms he could eat. He's now slowed down to a normal amount of prey. When I saw his old tank, it has substrated and feces... that's it. Now that he has a hide, a full water dish, proper lighting, and vitamin enriched prey, he's active and happy!!

There really isn't anything much more fulfilling than helping an animal on the brink return to a happy and healthy state. I've got a couple geckos with deformities that I'm trying to work with and it's been a great experience. Your guy barely looks like the same animal you got at the pet shop. Great job!
