Latrodectus: Egg survival outside sac

Hey guys,

I've recently acquired a female Latrodectus hasselti - which came with an egg sac.
I decided to open it up (don't really plan on taking care of spiderlings as of right now), but a few eggs may have fallen down.

So I was wondering, whether there's actually any chance of them hatching in my room.

My room temperature is around 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22°C), the humidity level is around 30-40%.

I've attached a few pictures of the egg sac, respectively its eggs.

Could you please help me out on this one? A spiderling infestation would be the last thing, I want to experience right now.

Thanks!

Loose spider eggs in your room will not survive, as they will quickly dry out without the egg sac to protect them.
