Lateralis ooth care?

I have mine in a small 2 oz container for about a couple weeks but no sign of hatching. They’re on some slightly damp but not dripping wet coco fiber, and I see no sign of mold. They still haven’t hatched yet, and the current temps are about 69-77 degrees F. What else can I do to make them hatch? Also, how long does it take for an ooth to hatch?
