Now bear with me on this because I took plenty of pictures of my L. striatus molting so this might take awhile to upload all of them. I basically sat there and watched her molt all the way until she popped out of her old exoskeleton. First up....Ari in the molt position.

Ok. This lack of being able to upload multiple files on my server is getting irritating.

Nice! I look forward to seeing the other pictures too...

My little spiderling moulted yesterday too, I tried for pictures with my SLR camera, though I'm not holding my breath that it will look good, as I've never really used a 'proper' camera :<

Ah well gotta start somewhere!

Some of the best moulting pics i have seen yet. How did it take her to moult? My Parahybana sling (.5 inch now) moulted two days ago during the day... i am pissed cause i didn't even noticed until the evening, i was wondering why she was light blue and i saw the skin next to her... DOHHH. Oh well.

I'd say total it took Ari 2 - 3 hours from the time she flipped on her back to when she had completely cast off her old exoskeleton to complete the molting process. It was around 6:30 P.M. I noticed she was in the molt position. She even gave me enough time to fix something to eat for dinner before squashing herself out of her old exoskeleton.
