My LP molted today for the first time in my care. She is 5cm and would like to know how long you recommend leaving her till I offer food to allow to harden up. Would a week be enough?

Yes a week would be great, being on the safe side to make sure the exoskeleton hardens properly, then the fangs won't be damaged when it snags prey, 7 days is the right number of days for a spider of that size, if it were a sling then a little bit less, larger specimens require a bit longer, hope this helps.

Depends on how big she is. I can't tell if that molt is 2" or 5. If smaller I give about 1 week to 2 weeks. Larger and i give 2 weeks. No need to rush.
Edit: actually read the post. A week would work.

I wait around a week before I offer food and when I do offer food it's waxworms as they are softer so there's less risk

Week is good. Just make sure there is water available. They're more thirsty than hungry after a molt:)
