Land Shrimp???

I posted this for Galapoheros, he caught it with a pede and was wondering what it is. He said it flips its tail and hops 2-3 " in the air. Any idea what it is?

kinda looks like a sand flea you fins on the beaches

Apterygota includes silverfish, etc

It is an insect in the order Microcoryphia (Archaeognatha). I don't know if this name for the order is up to date, it has changed several times recently.

Well that's more in depth than what I was going to say; some type of silverfish.
