L mactans baby explosion

We had had 2 egg sacs hatch yesterday, 1 sac is hatching right now and one should be ready any day now.

Here are the biggest 2.

haha, nice! i love how little mac slings are red, they look so cute

good yield from the sac.

i did have a hesp sac that yielded over 500 slings though this summer by far the most slings i've ever seen come out of a sac. usually the max is 300. this was exceptional.




oh, and steve, i like your sponge. that's a fantastic idea. very good :clap:

should have removed sac before they hatched...
i have had this happen and was a great time trying to seperate them...lol
