Just ordered two new T's from PetcenterUSA, very nice guy (I had to chat with them for a moment) I'm getting:
Pterinopelma sazimai (Brazilian Blue?)
Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens (Green Bottle Blue).
I've been reading up on both, and I'm still doing more and more reading, but with the info I've found on P. sazimai being over a year old so far, I was just curious to if anyone has any updated info on them. I've read they like higher humidity but cooler temps (by that 75-80 daytime and a little cooler at night), but they like a more dry substrate (not bone dry though) rather then swampy as well as a lot of substrate for them to burrow with. I have everything needed to have their setups ready but before I put it together I wanted to make sure I'm going for the right set up. And another question I have is can you tell gender by color with this species? Some of what I have read hinted at that might being possible?
Figured I would ask now as I expect they will probably be arriving Tuesday. (The day my mother who is arachnophobic will be visiting. Should be entertaining. lol)
Have to say though, it's not lie. Once you start you can't stop. Our list consists of:
A. versicolor (our first back in september)
G. porteri
G. pulchripes
B. smithi
L. parahybana
and now we add
P. sazimai
C. cyaneopubescens
Anyways any personal experiences or knowledge would be appreciated. I'm still sifting through forum posts, if you have any useful links feel free to post them. I've already been reading through these links so reposting these threads would not be helpful to me:

Anyways like I said, going and seeing if anyone has anything that's updated or new info different from what's already out there.
