Just got my first T

Hello I just got my first tarantula (T. vagans) yesterday from fear not tarantulas I've seen him (or her) drink and eat a red runner I love this baby so much already

Mine is about an inch larger than what it looks like you currently have (I got that same enclosure from FNT with an order a few weeks back) and it has stayed underground and out of sight until only recently. Imo pretty undervalued spiders, though! They're very pretty

Be patient, species come and go in waves. There were lots of them a few years back and they will start becoming more common as those males mature and are bred. They are not that difficult to breed.

At least I am not looking for a B baumgarteni. Those are hard to come by!
