just caught, please ID, cent or mili?

Hi guys, I found this species while I was walking on the road, and picked them up

I have scorps and Ts but I don't know how to take care of this..
what they eat? requirements and substrate? Can you guys ID this one? thanks..
I'm from Philippines, if it helps in ID. thanks!

That's a millipede, I'd say order Polydesmida.
They eat dead leafs and plants.

I've seen an really look alike of my milli it sounds like cromafe species.. the only thing I'm sure is the "phe" or "fe".. is there a genus that ends with cromafe/cromaphe? thanks AlanMM, do they eat fruits? I offered them a slice of an apple. hehe,

I've knew its common name which is Yellow razor-sided black millipede, anyone knows it scientific name? thanks!

You shouldn't feed them apples. They literally start to molt in 20 minutes . I neglected my 'pedes once and in a few days the apple had turned into web...bacteria...whatever the heck that stuff was. Point is, it was really bad and now it accidentally happened again with the mint leaves I put in there. *headdesk* Am I a bad millipede owner?

There are a very large number of millipedes, not even closely related, which look very similar to one another. That includes ones like this.

Harpaphe sp. occur in the Pacific Northwest of North America. I have seen similar animals in Costa Rica. Conceivably, those could be a Harpaphe as well, but I wouldn't even guess. In the Rocky Mountains, similar animals could be Chonaphe, Montaphe, or a couple of other genera. Polydesmida are global, and even several of its families are more or less global, including Xystodesmidae.

Google any of these names and you'll get images of similar animals.

oh cool, just got the right genus I think.. Chonaphe, thanks. I think its a Chonaphe armata since that is the scientific name I've found that looks really like..

thanks sir..I think it is now Identify, and I never knew that millipede looks the same even not genus related, I really think it's Chonaphe armata.. Thanks alot sir!
