Jumping spider: marpissa muscosa

This is a spider species i know live round my area( urban england)however i cannot seem to find them so do you have any tips?

Check under pieces of debris that get warmed by the sun. Could also be sitting on the sides of houses.

Just found a mm of this species yesterday was jumping in my living room so I escorted it outside
Sunny walls or gardenchairs/tables seem to be most attractive.

Your lucky the last time i found onr was few weeks ago on a garden post i was amazed i thought London only had small jumpers although i recently found a massive zebra spider but on sundays ill use this information while looking thanks a lot guys

Haven't ever seen one (I'm in the US), so I just picked general urban hiding spots that jumpers tend to use. That's where I tend to have the most luck looking around for them here.

yeh i just look at walls exposed to sunlight on sunny days.

Also i got a clue on a tree near my house i found some loose woodbark with retreat Web around it on a very sunny day ill go and check

I found a jumper on a tree however it looks like a zebra spider but is marked weirdly is has a brown abdomen
