jumper molts

i was wondering how long it takes a phidippus audax to harden after a molt. it molted yesterday, and i want to start powerfeeding as soon as possible so it can mature by spring and i can breed it.

Usually just takes a day or two(depending on size). I haven't had one jumping spider that took close to a week or more. Give it a prey item a day after the molt. If it doesn't show any interest or seems threatened by it, remove the food.

after about a day it left its hide and started to walk around all over the place so i transferred it into a bigger enclosure and will probably feed it today
