Well I just caught a few dozen of these, all different sizes under the same rock. Now I have lots of questions.
1. What do they eat?
2. How quickly do they breed?
3. Are they difficult to breed?
4. Do they make good feeders?
5. How do I house them?
6. Do they do fine at room temperature?
If you can only answer one of these questions I would really appreciate it too. Pics of colonies and cages would be great as well.
Thanks ahead.

1. They are detrivores.
2. Very quickly.
3. Not at all.
4. Some people are unsure of their value as feeders but I use them as feeders for some things.
5. Some damp peat mixed with some dirt/soil in a medium size Sterlite or Rubbermade container is fine.
6. Yes, room temp is fine.

How quick do they breed? I started with sixty 3 mo ago now theres hundreds....
Are thy difficult to breed?..........I would say..............very easy..............
Do they make feeders .....I don't know I use them as cleaners for tropical tanks, I have never seen one of my scorpions eat one but I think some people use them as feeders.............
How do I house them? mine are in a 18 q rubbermaid container 8 in of forest dirt, coco fiber, wood and leaves...........If you are bringing inside make sure your not bringing termites with it I would boil any wood....or microwave (be Careful):D Can I keep them at room temp?..Yes and dark,,,,,,,,,even a little less than room temp is OK..............Hope I helped.....search isopods for more help...:D

Thanks a lot! Sounds good, but the only reason I caught them was to feed them to other wc animals. If they clean cages though thats a plus.

keep it humid
make sure there's dead matter
you're good to go! :)

I have more than I know what to do with, they are very awesome indeed!
