Is this bad or just poop?

It's pale yellow/white
The millipede was wandering around and then stopped and I noticed this? She (or he) moved a little forward and it came in for a second, and then out again.

What's happening? Should I be worried?

I'd say just poop. Unless a further problem develops I don't think there's anything to worry about.

my ivories do this when i spray the tank so could be a way of dealing with excess humidity, its like a white blob goes in and out of the rear end, ive had them for a few months andn theyre still cool

Just as an update, she was opening and closing her butt flaps. I didn't see any poop come out, so maybe she was regulating humidity or maybe she was constipated. They are all alive and well, whatever it was it doesn't seem to be an issue.
