Answered Is there a way to upload/embed videos directly to gallery?

Strangely, I think I saw several options including "link video" the other day when I tried to upload a picture in the gallery... I can't find that anymore though.

Back to the question - is it possible to upload or link videos directly to gallery? It would be nice if I can upload short gif or webm clips(within 5MB size now that I'm AS) in the gallery. Also, it says I can upload multiple images if I have a Flash plug-in but I can't seem to find it.

You would need to download it elsewhere, like you tube...then link the video here.

If it’s within 5mb gif form, you can directly upload it just like you upload other pictures. That’s what I’ve been doing so far.

At the moment, no. We do not currently allow video uploads to the gallery or as attachments. You would have to upload to a video hosting site and then link it.
