Is my brachypelma hamorii healthy

It’s abdomen is huge, don’t worry about it not eating as it won’t be starving anytime soon. Looks fine to me.;)

That T is sporting some serious ghetto booty, it probably doesn't need to eat again until after it moults

I've had my brachypelma hamorii for 6 months now and it has eaten only 2 times. It hasn't molted. I don't know if it's a male or a female yet. It's my first tarantula and I'm worried I'm doing something wrong.
Eating 2 times in 6 month is pretty normal for B hamorii

It's healthy. Just make sure you have enough substrate so it doesn't fall too far. Maybe you do. I can't tell from the picture

That's a FAT T, no wonder it doesn't eat.

I have a fat one too. It hasn't eaten in at least a month now. I made the mistake of feeding it every 4 days the first month i had it. It is 1 3/4" - 2".
