Apologies for potato camera, i have an android

I came home from work and my sling was in this position in its burrow. It has been over an hour since then, and it has stayed their motionless. Im hoping to god it simply hasnt started the molt yet, but im mostly concerned because admittedly the first couple crickets fed to it when i got it in august were hydrated with the flukers calcium fortified cricket gel. Plus, when my adult B. albopilosum molted, it moved its legs on its back before it started the molt, this one is motionless. What can i do?

After what mark should I start getting nervous? Considering this is a spiderling and it has been this way for at the very least an hour and a half

I think it'll be fine. I would say start to get concerned tomorrow after work or school or whatever you have that fills the day. I think he's just a lityle nervous to get started. From what I've read on here most cases of stuck in molt happen in the middle of the molt and yours seems to just be getting started.

When my A. Genic sling molted last (it was about the same size as your b. Hamorii) it spent 80% of its time laying on its back with no progress.

Seems to have finally pulled through guys. Looks like he was mostly anxious to get started, because I left him in the position of the pictures and next time I look he's all done.

Good to hear! Slings can take a surprisingly long time to molt sometimes and still be fine, so it's usually just a matter of waiting it out

Ive been lucky enough that most of the molt that have happened in my care happened while I was at work so I would get home and see that it was a successful molt.
