Is it safe to feed adult Sun Beetles (Pachnoda marginata) to tarantulas?

I have a bunch of them running around and freshly molted Lp, T stirmi, G pulchripes and A genic females so ill be feeding a lot.

How thick is their exoskeleton? I have no idea if they're poisonous or not, so keep that in mind. But if their exoskeleton isn't armor-clad like some other beetles out there, then I don't see anything wrong with it.

Personally, I'd crush the heads regardless. Some beetles have pretty nasty mandibles.
