Just hope it would be useful for You.
And note that as a rule the amount of molts (instars) in males are limited usually by ultimate molt as for the female - they're molt all their life with more and more gaps between the molts, but as always some exeptances are occues readily.
Can't tell you the exact instars after which male or female became mature, but in average for many species as I've experienced 9 would be the amount, but from 1 to 3 molts shift is possible for the slings from the same eggsac.
