It glows in the dark. Do some Walkingsticks glow?

Those are the beasts...we have one species on the East Coast Alaus oculatus, the eyed elator that gets 1" to 2". Most of our species are less than 1".

I saw a similar species in California a few summers ago, and was so frustrated when it wouldn't glow. :mad:

the adults eat very little(leaves,shoots,etc) the larvas feed on roots,small insects etc. as far as keeping them i kept the adults for alittle them released them.
