Not sure if there are specific species you are looking for info on...but www.uroplectes.com is a GREAT site and run by Richard (psychofox).

If you can find a library with a copy, check out The Biology of Scorpions by Gary Polis. It runs $350-400 used, so thats why I say find somewhere to rent it. There is a follow up book that is supposedly great too, that is dedicated to Dr. Polis, but I forget its name right now.
