No filtered is not enough, there are special water treatment kits sold at pet stores, to take the harmful chemicals out of the water.

I think PH of the water is important too.
ummm any recommended chemicals? isnt it if u leave water ovr night...the chlorine and stuff get out?

Leaving it overnight is the first step, but it doesnt completely elimintae the bad stuff.

I'll have to see if I can find any info on water quality, I dont know what type they can handle.

In the mean time, this is a site that can give you some quick info on your treefrog. Read the part about the food, it said they need to eat frequently, and like flying prey. (waxmoths,fruit flies,etc...)
