usually they are a tub, like the size of a cricket pot lined with kitchen roll, on all sides, then dampened slightly. The spider is put in the middle and is coverd with a dry sheet. Then is put on heat so is kept warm but not cooked. That is what i gathered from other people. It is used alot when T's are de-hydrated.
a small kritter keeper type thing, wiht damp paper towels in it covered up and placed in a warm dark place. gives the T high humidity and peace and quiet to recover
