Can't help with the IDs, but some nice pics! I've never seen a leafhopper with that particular coloration before.

I may be wrong, but the word "sharpshooter" comes to mind when I see colorful leafhoppers like that. I found one like that in Indio, CA recently.

More recent predator looks like Nabidae, maybe Nabis sp. They feed like assassins.

Hehe this was found in New-Brunswick Canada, as where the above assasins.
