Identification of this spider? (UK)

I came across this spider whilst moving some rotted wooden posts, it crawled out of a crack in the wood. I thought it was some sort of false widow, however I’ve never seen one with these red and yellow markings, plus the red bands on the legs. I can’t seem to find any info online so if anybody can give me a positive ID I’d really appreciate it!
