Ideas on keeping my T's warm without power

i feel for ya.. there was a huge ice storm one year in upstate NY (in '09 I think?) and we were without electricity for 2 WEEKS! I didn't have T's at the time but did have some reptiles, A. gigas millipedes, and some hissing cockroaches, so I had to pack them all into small critter keepers and keep them near our fireplace, while misting them as much as possible to keep humidity up. One of the herps was my veiled chameleon baby, and he made it to adulthood just fine and lived years afterwards.

It was scary at the time, and we wound up getting a generator as a result.
