So I would like some opinions regarding an enclosure idea for an obligate burrow.

The point of this enclosure is for maximum viewing. I will place a clear upside down box into an enclosure. Inside this clear box will be a wireless LED light. On the outside of the cage from the top of the substrate to the bottom have the outside be covered. Whether it would be something as simple as a piece of paper and tape or complex like sliding panels, no idea yet.

Ideally if I need to check on the T, I can turn on the light at the bottom of the tank and slide away the sheet.

I got the idea because my H.lividum burrowed right next to the sticker on its cage.

What do you guys think?

I can't visualize this at all. So box inside a box, forcing the T to burrow along the sides, correct? That's been done, and w/out a light. The light is to shine through substrate??
