ID this scorp

it was sold to me as a chinese armor tail and I've been told differently can anyone give me a good ID on it

It looks like a Mesobuthus martensi, but it is really hard to tell from the pics.

Looks like a Chinese armortail to me n bay.. but thats not a for certian probly need better pics to tell a bit better.

It could be juvenile, they should get close to 3", assuming they are M. martensii
There are supposed to be two colour morphs of these guys- a pale one native to Vietnam and the darker one. Maybe this is the source of confusion?
(If I'm off on this, I am sure Dave will correct me)
