hi i have 20 of these, they were sold as b. dubia but dont look like ones i have seen on here

oh and the males have wings and females dont right?

out of the 20 i have some are small the biggest i about an inch none of them have big wings, do the males only get them when they mature? and do roaches shed their skin?

It looks like an inmature dubia. I do believe that the males dont get the the bigs wings until the maturing molt. The females do have little stump wings. I remember a thread a while ago about sexing inmature roaches but I cant seem to find it. Maybe somebody else can help.

Looks like B. dubia to me. Maybe just not completly mature. Yes they do shed their old skin during molts. Kind of creepy looking isn't it. They will be snow white for a few hours after a molt.
Mature males will have wings. Females won't. Do a few searches on here and you will be able to find more information.
