ID this little guy

Co-worker gave me this little guy today. His wife wasn't too keen on having a bug in the house He doesn't know the species, but thought it was an emperor. To me it didn't quite look like my emp at the same age, but it just may be me. Has a brownish body - perhaps a red claw?

It looks like a baby pandinus or heterometrus species.

I’d say some pandinus species looking at the size of the “shovel” like claws

its a bit hard to tell in the pics but the white telson (the sting) indicates a baby/juvenile Emperor (pandinus) of some kind.
