Definitely looks like a Salvadora to me. Definitely not anything venomous. lol

Looks like Thamnophis sirtalis to me... though I could be wrong on the species, not sure what ones y'all have in Texas.

Looks an awful like the garters here.

Patch-nosed for sure G. If it's the one I'm thinking it is, it's got to be Salvadora grahamiae lineata.
