Hi, I am brand new to centipedes though I have kept and bred snakes, fish,and other animals for many years.
I recently bought a 4" centipede which was only 'Ided" as Puerto Rican. I do not have photos yet. Here is a discription:
The base color is dark slate to bluish gray. It has wheat to amber legs that have narrow coal colored bands. The antenna have broader bands of the same color. The guy at the store said it will grow about 25% larger than it now is.
Any ideas as to genera and species? I love to research so any clues are helpful.
