ID Help - Giant House Spider or Hobo or?

Im pretty sure that is a Mature Male tegenaria domestica.I could be wrong But im almost 100% on this one.

size dependant id say ither tegenaria domestica or duellica

 

[Hobo]

Definitely not agrestis or duellica, IMO.
I'd say almost certainly a MM T. domestica.
