ID a new visitor...

Tegenaria ferruginea???

Hello, can someone help me identify this spider. I found her on the ceiling of my office last night. I also come from Bavaria / Germany and have not yet seen this species with us...
It looks like a wolf spider, but can hardly believe it.
Who has an idea, or better yet, is certain...
I suspect a Tegenaria, but it looks different than the usual representatives here.
Very fast, but not able to climb smooth surfaces!
