I am flying back to Saudi Arabia from the UK, and I intend on taking my A. Geniculata and C. Kaeng Krachan.

I wanted to ask can I just pack them securely and then take them along with me in hand luggage (or maybe checked luggage)? If not, please tell me how I can take them with me.

I wouldn’t recommend it. It could count as smuggling

I’d contact the airline and also check with Saudi Arabian laws if you can bring them in.

You will need to contact the airline, I know you are allowed to pack them in hand luggage for local flights but it is all the same laws where you're landing doing this.
