Don't ask for much now do you? :p Umm... I need to think about this for a second.

P nivea only burrows as babies I think though they can both climb and fly. I don't think they smell. The only roach I hate the odor from is Lobsters.

A few suggestions:

dwarf hissers (Elliptorhina Chopardi)

harlequin roach (Neostylopyga rhombifolia) - medium speed roach

Rhypharobia maderae "Goldi"

Glow spot (Hormetica Subcincta) - nymphs burrow, but adults do not.

Those are good for the larger species, (incl. E. chopardi), so for a small species I would definitely recommend Phoetalia pallida.

It's prolific,
climbs, but not past vaseline (so good for arboreals),
easy to pick up when feeding,
won't easily burrow when disturbed, but will hide under leaf litter,
no odour.

Perfect! {D

I was just wondering if this roach can infest my house ? if not this might be the winner

If you don't mind a non-roach suggestion, Thermobia domestica (firebrats) will fit your small, non-climbing requirement

Depending on the temps where you are, and on your ability to contain them, there might be a problem.

They are escapologists of note, fitting through most screened vents without a problem, but they cannot climb a decent barrier like Vaseline, so simply build your vents high or even in the lid.

If they do get out, they can live comfortably in temperate climates, but they are easy to select from the feeding bucket and don't wriggle more than any other roach when transporting to your pets' feeding area, so unless you drop them you should be safe. That said, they are easy to round up when you do drop them - and you will - so not an unreasonable risk IMO, and I DO live in a temperate zone. {D
